What do you love about The Wax Bar?
I love the peaceful atmosphere and that its a nice escape without leaving the city. Perfect for pampering yourself.

What is the best thing about your job?
I love my co-workers and the clients. Having the opportunity to meet new people and make their day is awesome. I love how we all get to work as a team here.

What are some of your favorite skincare products @ The Wax Bar?
My favorite product is multivitamin power firm by dermalogica it is great because I have dry skin and this feels like it just melts into my skin. I also really the the super rich repair by dermalogica.

What else should we know about you?
I have a son who is 2 and when I am not working I love spending time with him and my husband. I also have a crazy black lab. I like being a homebody and watching documentaries and new movies. And I love sweets and will probably never turn down a yummy treat!

Watching the boutique area grow! Nothing better than having a busy mom check a few things off her list in one stop!

What are some of your favorite skincare products @ The Wax Bar?
The Somme masque Boost is my latest favorite. A warming masque with pumpkin enzyme! Give me a rainy Seattle day with Boost and I'm a happy girl!

What else should we know about you? 
I have a Bachelors in Fashion Merchandising, and very excited to put it to use in a small Seattle business. When not at The Wax Bar I can be found somewhere in Ballard with a glass of wine or with my 2 dogs at the beach.

What do you love about The Wax Bar?
Most of all the people. The clients as well as my coworkers are always a joy. I also love the skincare lines that we carry and find satisfaction improving clients skin in meaningful ways.

What is the best thing about your job?
With today's busy schedules I love being the person that can slow the day down a little for you. Even a brow wax can be a relaxing break and just the thing you needed.

What are some of your favorite skincare products @ The Wax Bar?
I love the entire Somme line. Thank you Somme for making Neckline! After skipping sunscreen on my neck and chest for the better part of my life you can see the damage. However the Neckline cream and the entire Somme line have made a big difference!

If you weren't an esthetician right now, what would you be doing?
Definitely something with people. Probably teaching elementary school. Teaching children to read would be very rewarding.

What else should we know about you?
After taking a couple of years off from The Wax Bar to live in China, I am very excited to be back! Seattle has always been my home and I truly love this city!

What do you love about The Wax Bar?
I love my coworkers, we're always laughing. I love the environment, its fun to work in a neat, clean, calm, awesome looking spa. I also love our super easy-to-find West Seattle location! Getting a beer before your service is really fun too!

What is the best thing about your job?
The best thing about my job is my clients. We get into some of the most interesting and amazing or funny conversations. I learn new things from them all the time, and get to make them feel awesome! I definitely can't complain about my coworkers either. We crack up all the time, its just a fun place to work!

What are some of your favorite skincare products @ The Wax Bar?
I am loving the Somme products. My skin is smooth and beautiful due to they're wonderful system. Also, Tan Towels. As a pale seattleite, I dig the easy, streak-free application, and non-orange results. I love that I can use hard wax as well as soft, so I can tailor my services to my clients needs.

If you weren't an esthetician right now, what would you be doing?
If I weren't an esthetician, I'd probably be an interior decorator-upholsterer-professional estate-sale-goer, with my mom. We love to go to estate sales and get furniture and refurbish it, spruce it up. I love to paint and wallpaper and re-decorate. We'd be a mom/daughter team.

What else should we know about you?
I love to hike and beach-comb and see theater and comedy shows, and concerts.
